WiFi / Internet Access

Brighton Centre is a fully wireless enabled venue enabling guests, delegates and exhibitors high-speed broadband access whether it is simply checking e-mails, finding a hotel or demonstrating your website.

We fully support the ABPCO Conference Cloud campaign which encourages venues across the UK to offer free Wi-Fi to their delegates. We are proud to be the first UK conference venue to  offer free delegate Wi-Fi to all our confirmed events as we believe ease of communication for delegates will further enhance any visitor’s experience of our venue.

We also offer a range of advanced connectivity options to cater for your requirements from hardwiring and increased up/download speeds.

We have a dedicated in-house technical team who are on hand to support you with your chosen audio visual supplier. We have multiple plasma screens around the venue, along with projectors and LED lighting to compliment your AV needs, however our flexible venue allows you to bring in your own choice of AV company to create your own unique conference style and set. We can highly recommend local companies who know the Brighton Centre well and have worked with our clients at the venue many times.

We have installed projectors, screens and speakers to the majority of our smaller meeting rooms and also have available for hire, a stage set, with projector and screen suitable for use in Auditorium 2.

The Brighton Centre is committed to reducing the environmental impact of events and making a positive contribution to people’s lives and the local economy. The centre’s Sustainable Events Programme has achieved two world class International Standards for Environmental Management (ISO 14001) and Sustainable Events (ISO 20121). We offer a range of services to make it easy for you to organise a more sustainable event and by taking just a few simple steps, you and your delegates will be helping secure a sustainable future for everyone.

Brighton Centre App

Delegates attending events at the Brighton Centre can benefit from a conference service by being able to download an iPhone app, tailored for their own event that will enable them to get up-to-date information about their conference and exhibition, plus information about the city.

Following the successful trial of the Conference App, this service will be offered free to delegates at all events with over 300 delegates at the Brighton Centre.

Venue Furniture

We have various pieces of furniture at the venue which you are welcome to use when you bring your event to the Brighton Centre. Items such as smart glass topped coffee tables, comfy leather sofas and large plasma screens, many of which are  located at various points around the venue, are just a few examples of what we can offer when you bring your event to the venue.
